Uzbekistan : Tashkent

The mission consisted in a technical study and the review of the Investment Plan of the Tashkent Water Company (2 350 000 inhabitants), for the infrastructures rehabilitation.

The City requested a loan from EBRD, who wished to allow the technical review of the investment plan for water treatment plants, drillings fields and the city water supply network.

After the review of the investment plan, recommendations and an Environmental Impact Assessment have been conducted.

The consultants drafted a new long-term investment programme and the update of the legislative framework.
