Mali : VIPS-PNIR

The PNIR is a multi-purpose project, financing infrastructures in : irrigation (small and large scale), roads and tracks, water supply and sanitation, environment, support to small enterprises.

In order to help the staff of the various components for the respect of the project’s logical framework, we developed a monitoring-evaluation software, based on the VIPS products.

This database summarizes all the impact and execution indicators of the activities. Moreover, the base situation is also included, so the evolution of the project (and its indicators) is instantly accessible. The list of activities, and their execution indicators, is open, allowing the autonomous development of the monitoring-evaluation software.

This convenient tool has also been developed to support a GIS extension.

The training of the users has been provided ; assistance and help are guaranteed during 3 years.
