Senegal : Parpeba

The PARPEBA project concerns 260 000 beneficiaries (est. 2001), living in 477 villages, around 32 centres, in a radius of 5 to 6 km, with a demand objective of 35 litres per equivalent-inhabitant.
We had to execute the final studies for these 32 centres, in a relatively short period of time. The studies comprised : the beneficiaries identification, the characterisation of the boreholes, the topographic surveys, the measurements, the costs estimates and the drafting of the tender documents.
In order to respect the time schedule, we had to develop a specific methodology for the identifications and the studies.
